Even After Ups and Downs, Aqeel Karim Dhedhi never Stops!

Aqeel Karim Dhedhi, a famous business tycoon and the “King of Stock Market”, is one of the most honourable Pakistani businessmen and philanthropists. He started his career in the stock exchange in 1976. Later on, with constant hard work and struggles, Aqeel Karim Dhedhi soon become the master of the Stock exchange market. Now, he is enjoying being one of the pioneers of stock trade market in Pakistan.

There are many ventures that come under his business umbrella such as AKD securities, shopping plaza, call centres, cattle shows, and others. However, these never stop him from providing financial support to Pakistan’s economy. Recently, he has joined hands with Prime Minister of Pakistan in order to support Bhasha Dam construction.

Even after facing challenges and allegations, Aqeel Karim Dhedhi remained positive and indulged in investing into new ventures. He has done a lot for Memon community and built hospitals and schools in Kharadar and received an honorable award from World Memon Organization.  

Like other projects, his Naya Nazimabad project also faced some allegations but now running successfully. Recently, in the presence of Governor Sindh Imran Ismail and Mayor Karachi Waseem Akhtar appreciated for arranging cricket tournament ‘Sindh Ke Shehzade’ at Naya Nazimabad.

Former batsman and current president of Karachi Kings, Shahid Khan Afridi, former Pakistan cricket team captain Younis Khan and Mehboob Abdul Rauf, the Group Director of ARY Digital Network was also the part of this tournament. The match was played between “Karachi Ke Shehzade” and “Hyderabad Ke Shehzade” where Karachi’s team won by 5 wickets.

Aqeel Karim Dhedhi himself was quite athletic and crazy about golf and cricket. It is not known but, he used to be a good horse rider and a swimmer at his young age. Not all his project went successfully like SUN TV, but there is nothing that can stop him in taking initiatives and risks in life. As the matter of fact, he always invests into new business ventures and those who want to come in stock exchange business always look up to Aqeel Karim Dhedhi and admire him.
